Currently, Palais ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery windows vary based on the destination and item weight.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
